Councillor Rebecca Hossack

In May 2006 Rebecca Hossack was elected as Conservative Councillor for Bloomsbury. Rebecca has launched straight into improving the area and getting to know as many local residents as possible. She is a hardworking businesswoman – owing and running two well known galleries – the Rebecca Hossack Gallery on Windmill street and the Charlotte Street Gallery on Charlotte Street. Rebecca holds regular surgeries and is always available to local residents.

Ward Spokesperson Timothy Barnes
Tim has lived in Bloomsbury for over fifteen years and works at UCL, Camden’s largest employer, where he was also a student when he first arrived in London. He previously ran his own business and describes himself as an entrepreneur who believes in making things happen.
His focus in Bloomsbury is on the problems of local transport, education and housing.
Out of the office, Tim works hard for local residents. He is Camden Council’s representative to the Camden Citizen Advice Bureau’s board of Trustees and is a Governor of South Camden Community School, which is the closest secondary school for most Bloomsbury children.
Within Holborn and St Pancras Conservative Association, Tim is Deputy Chair (Membership) and Chairman of the Bloomsbury Ward branch. Tim is the immediate past-Chairman of the Tory Reform Group.

Ward Spokesperson Gotz Mohindra
Gotz has worked for Geoffrey Clifton-Brown MP in the House of Commons assisting in drafting constituency letters, speeches and helping on policy. He has also been a member of the 2004 campaign team for Mayor of London, advising on ethnic minority issues.
He is trustee of Camden’s Citizen Advice Bureau and, aged 27, stood for Parliament in Cardiff for the 2005 General Election. He graduated in Economics from the LSE where he was elected a governor and was President of High Holborn Hall of Residence. He is a local ward resident and has owned a family business in the area for a number of years.
He is currently Deputy Chairman (Political) of Holborn and St Pancras Conservatives and is a former Association Treasurer.
